The 140,000 fragments of Hebrew and Jewish Literature and documents rescued from the Ben Ezra Synagogue in Cairo cover every aspect of life in the Mediterranean area a thousand years ago; from the writings of Maimonides to intimate evocative personal letters describing everyday life.

The Spiro Ark tour will introduce you to Prof. Ben Outhwaite -- Director of the project and his team of researchers. From them, you will learn about different aspects of life in the Middle Ages and see exhibits specifically laid out for our participants.

All prices are calculated on a minimum group of 20 participants. In case the group is smaller the cost might rise by no more that £5 per person.
