Spiro Ark and its Tzavta Department are proud to present this extraordinary programme revealing the moving story of the violins that were played by the Jewish musician inmates of Auschwitz while their family and fellow Jews were led to their death. These violins have been collected and restored by Mr Amnon Weinstein, a renowned violin maker, and were the inspiration for the film 'Amnon's Journey' (Israeli/French production).
The programme includes: film ('Amnon's Journey'), Q&A session with the restorer and concert by top school musicians and Rabbi David Lister of Edgware United Synagogue.
