TZAVTA: Presents the Best of Israel Today

Tzavta serves as an important bridge between Israel and the London Jewish community as well as the non Jewish community interested in Israeli cultural and scientific achievements. Its team of professionals led by Director Sagi Hartov, have put together a fabulous set of cultural events for 2009/10. One of them is the 3rd International Israeli Music Competition, which is aimed at encouraging the participants, both professionals and students, to become familiar with the fascinating styles emanating from Israel, often fusing Eastern and Western idioms.

This fundraising concert will support the next competition which will take place at the Royal College of Music on 15/7/2010.

Programme: Haydn: Trio in D Major for Piano, Flute & Cello,
Chopin: Nocturne, Kapustin: Trio for Piano, Flute & Cello (In the style of Jazz), Weber: Trio for Piano, Flute & Cello in g minor.
