Music lovers of all backgrounds and singing levels are invited, no experience necessary. The choir material will feature Jewish folk songs in Yiddish, Niggunim (the age old Jewish "songs without words"), also songs in Hebrew, Ladino, Russian and Ukrainian, combined with original compositions. Teaching - mainly by ear.

Polina Shepherd teaches Yiddish song all over Europe as part of various education programmes to audiences of different backgrounds and singing levels, and finds that singing is the easiest and most abstract part of Jewish culture that has no borders and limits and connects heart to heart.
