Yiddish-Intermediate / Advanced

Day: Mondays
Teacher: Khayke Beruriah Wiegand

The class reads articles from Yiddish papers especially written for students and some literature, and also uses a textbook. Each class begins with a conversation and ends with a song. The atmosphere in the class is truly wonderful and you can not only speak the language but feel it too.

Conversation, reading stories and discussion. Even if you cannot speak the language well you will enjoy listening. They say that Yiddish is a language which is understood by itself!
