Mr Cohen hardly needs any further introduction. Besides his involvement with the Spiro Ark Cultural Centre, he has been prominent generally in recent years in the fields of Adult Jewish Education and Interfaith Relations. As a Yeshiva alumnus, Oxford University law graduate and for many years a practising solicitor, he combines a wealth of Jewish knowledge with a broad-minded, worldly outlook, and appreciates the crucial importance of their mutual integration. He has authored numerous scholarly articles on Judaism and Jewish history, and is currently the Guest Editor of the prestigious biannual journal published by the Council of Christians and Jews, 'Common Ground'. He is also now studying for a doctorate in the 'Study of Religions' at SOAS, London University.
Mr Cohen's lectures are acknowledged to be invariably meticulously researched and presented in an erudite, interesting and engaging style, which never fail to impress his audiences. We do hope, therefore, that you will take this opportunity to attend his forthcoming course.
